1. Are Montoir watches limited edition?
Yes. All Montoir timepieces are produced in small, made-to-order batches. We intentionally limit production to maintain exclusivity, quality control, and collector value.
2. How does the pre-order process work?
Our watches are offered through a 45-day pre-order window. Orders fund the manufacturing of that specific batch. Once production is complete and passes final quality sign-off, orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days.
3. When will I receive my watch?
Delivery typically occurs shortly after the 45-day production window closes. Shipping timelines vary depending on your location, and tracking details are provided once your order ships.
4. Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship both domestically and internationally using UPS and FedEx. Please note that customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, VAT, or import taxes required by their country.
5. What is your return policy?
Pre-orders may be cancelled within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. After delivery, we offer a 30-day return window for unworn watches in original condition. Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking and production recovery fee.
