Refund & Return Policy

At Montoir Watches, each timepiece is produced in limited, made-to-order batches. Because of this production model, please review our return and refund terms carefully before placing your order.

Pre-Order Policy
• All pre-order purchases are used to fund the manufacturing and production of your specific batch.
• Orders may be cancelled within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
• After 14 days, pre-orders are considered final and non-refundable, as production allocation, material sourcing, and manufacturing scheduling are already underway.
• We strongly encourage customers to review all specifications and details prior to placing a pre-order.

30-Day Return Window (After Delivery)
We offer a 30-day return window starting from the date of delivery under the following conditions:
• The watch must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.
• All original packaging, protective materials, tags, and documentation must be included.
• No scratches, strap creases, sizing marks, or signs of wear.
• The watch must not have been resized or modified.
• Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Restocking & Production Fee
Because each piece is produced in limited, made-to-order batches, approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking and production recovery fee. This fee offsets:
• Manufacturing allocation
• Batch production setup
• Payment processing fees
• Quality control and inspection costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your timepiece arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect:
• You must notify us within 5 days of delivery.
• Provide clear photos and order details.
• We will repair, replace, or resolve the issue at no cost to you.

Refund Processing
Once a return is received and inspected:
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Please allow 7–14 business days for processing depending on your financial institution.
